You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you purchase on behalf of a laboratory, business, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

All I-PEPS products are offered strictly for lawful laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or mitigation of any disease or medical condition.

You are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased, received, possessed, handled, stored, transferred, and used in your jurisdiction. I-PEPS may refuse or cancel an order when an order appears inconsistent with these restrictions.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurate. Minor packaging or appearance differences may occur, and availability may change without notice. Website content is provided for general product identification and research information and is not medical advice.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to payment authorization, inventory, address verification, research-use restrictions, and fraud screening. We may contact you for additional information before accepting an order.

You may request cancellation before an order ships by contacting support. Once an order has shipped, the Refund Policy applies. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping options, handling times, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, delays, and damaged or missing packages are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless I-PEPS expressly states otherwise.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use I-PEPS products for an unlawful or prohibited purpose.

The I-PEPS name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to I-PEPS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal or internal-business use of the website does not transfer ownership rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Research outcomes depend on conditions beyond our control, and I-PEPS does not guarantee any specific experimental result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I-PEPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, product misuse, or unauthorized use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to defend and indemnify I-PEPS from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use, prohibited use, mishandling of products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
